Replacement Sash and Case Windows

We manufacture, supply and fit traditional Sash and Case windows for listed buildings. The windows are custom built in our workshop using traditional methods and are constructed with the highest degree of care and attention, which will ensure that they last for a very long time.

Casement Windows

Casement windows are a classic style of décor. Unusual in appearance, casement windows open out to the exterior rather than sliding up and down. With or without frames in the middle, they are popular for a room with a notable view. They are used in rooms to get maximum sunlight and accent a panoramic view. They can run the entire height and width of a wall for maximum benefit. Opening them allows fresh air and breezes in the room.

The hinges make the casement window unique. Attached to the frame, or sash, from the top or side, they open either partially or fully, depending on the design. Hand cranks are the most popular method, extending the framed glass by turning a shaft on the bottom or side of the unit as much or as little as desired.

We can manufacture, supply and fit Casement windows to any specifications you may have.

Thermal Shield Windows

Practical and affordable treatments to dramatically improve the thermal and acoustic performance of historic properties

Thermal Shield offer a range of treatments for historic properties which include bespoke secondary glazing and insulation. The secondary glazing units can be installed on their own, with insulation around the window opening internally, or combined with innovative methods for insulating the entire building fabric, to provide a fully integrated thermal and acoustic 'shield'.

UPVC Windows

The use of un-plasticized Polyvinyl Chloride or uPVC has grown hugely in popularity and is now one of the most recommended and most widely chosen materials used by the biggest double glazing companies.

It's benefits are mainly very low maintenance and very durable. It is also difficult to break through which makes security good and provides the best heat and energy insulation available.

We can provide brochures on request.

Dormer Windows

A classic window style because they are just so useful: dormer windows are a source of light and ventilation for top floors, but unlike skylights (which are parallel to the roof surface) they also increase the amount of headroom in the room and allow for more usable space.

Velux Windows

Ventilation & daylight solutions designed to harmonise naturally with your building, loft or attic conversion.
